Hey mom and dad,
So far so good...I'm enjoying my time here in corona. My bike recently got a little beat up...so i'm using another one...but the ward seems to be supportive. Its a very active area, lots of good people. There are many born again christians...the big chruch near by is called CROSS ROADS...missionaries call it the great and spacious building. haha. But good people. My companions a great guy...he's got high functioning asbergers so sometimes its a little frustrating because of his speech impediment, but that doesn't matter cuz he has a good spirit and he's a hard worker. Many people in the ward recognize the name farnsworth, they ask me about all these different people who live in california, washington, and Utah, soo...I just say"cool...we're probably related" haha. I'm not sure what else to say.
Thats exciting!!! Fast sundays are always better when the building is full and everyone goes up...I'm glad it was a good experience :)
Thats great to hear about Victor and Jodi...I always love hearing how they're doing. And I know victor was pretty excited about that, he'll do a good job.
Yes, for me I've met many great people out here...Every area I've served, I've gotten to know some really nice new faces. Its really cool when I can go to different gatherings of missionaries and know most of the people there...its just a big group of friends, last week I saw Elder Robertson...we got together with some other zones to play basketball and he was there. We talked for a while, it brought back memories!
Well, i'm glad that keith is excited about his work and the fact that they're giving dad some options at work is really a blessing too...I hope everything works out right with all of that.
BUt yeah, thats how things are for me, I'm still surviving!! The gospel is great and I really do enjoy sharing it.
Let me know what happens with dads work and whatever else is going on.. I love to know :)
ALright, I've gotta go now...Take Care...And have a good week! Love, Elder Farnsworth
